This site is dedicated to one of the world's best musicians. Joe Brown was one of the original Rock & Roll Stars to come out of the UK.

One of the first UK session men, his early career highlights include playing guitar with Gene Vincent, Eddie Cochran, Johnny Cash and other US stars when they came over to Europe.

Joe went on to top the charts with his own records, had The Beatles open shows for him and in a career packed with musical highlights has also presented several National series of the Joe Brown Show on UK TV, two series Rock Show for BBC Radio 2 and finds time to do around 100 live shows a year in the UK. In 2002 he appeared at the Concert For George to honour the life and memory of his dear friend George Harrison.

As his contemporary path is extended Joe’s career has reached further heights. In the last few years, he has regularly sold out almost every venue he plays some two or three nights running. In 2008 he returned to the UK Top 20 with an album which was certified as Gold in March 2008 and has now sold in excess of 120,000 copies in the UK. His 50th Anniversary Concert at The Royal Albert Hall, London was a sell-out and in 2009 he was awarded the coveted MOJO Music Magazine award for Lifetime achievement and awarded an MBE in the Queen’s birthday honors list and USA Ukulele manufacturer KALA now has a Joe Brown Signature Series of Ukuleles designed in conjunction with Joe.
